By registering for this conference you agree that:

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@destinationworld.net. Cancellations prior to July 31 receive 80% refund. Cancellations after July 31 receive 50% refund. Should the conference need to be cancelled for some unforseeable reason Destionation World will make every effort to refund as much of your registration fee as possible, after paying out any irrecoverable conference costs for which Destination World is liable. Destination World is not liable for any consequential loss suffered by you. Destination World reserves the right to adjust the timetable, and/or alter workshop options should contributor availability change.

You consent to the collection, storage and processing of personal information supplied by you. Destination World will not pass your information on to any other third party without your permission, however Destination World may use it to keep you informed of future events and opportunities. You also agree to hold Destination World, Missions Interlink, its supporting organisations, leaders and volunteers harmless from any and all liability or claims arising out of or in connection with your participation in any aspect of THE CALL conference and its cross-cultural practicum. In the event of any illness or injury, you hereby consent to whatever x-ray, examination, anaesthetic, medical, surgical or dental diagnosis or treatment and hospital care from a licensed physician and/or surgeon as deemed necessary for your safety and welfare. It is understood that any resulting medical expenses will be your responsibility. You also acknowledge that your personal belongings will be carried to and kept at the conference at your own risk and it is your responsibility to ensure that your belongings are kept secured at all times. You agree to not hold Destination World or its supporting organisations liable in any way for any theft or damage to your property.
